Studio Equipment classes using a combination of all traditional and contemporary Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower & the Spine Corrector . We also offer Mat Classes both in-studio & online for busy professionals.

TRY OUR TASTER CLASS
Join us for our no-obligation Taster Class. Walk through the fundamentals of Pilates and be introduced to the Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Springboard and Wunda Chair. A great chance to have a look around the studio. Meet your instructor. VIP treatment all the way in a semi-private setting with just 2 class participants.
Held occasionally during the year, usually during mid-spring/summer, watch the timetable, our Facebook Page or contact us to find out when the next upcoming session is. You can also book in for a Complimentary Meet n Greet direct with the studio if Taster Classes aren’t running. Taster Classes are a special event class held outside normal class times and strictly a Pre-Book/Pay appointment – no walk-ins or general public drop-ins. They may not be available if memberships are at/near capacity.
