Like many of you, I too have spent a number of years hunched over a computer desk, too busy for lunch, too busy for a break, too busy to even leave my desk! It wasn't until the last couple of years that this unhealthy habit caught up with me....in a big way! managing your motivation

We all have those times where we lose motivation and I'm the first to admit it happens to me too. I love Pilates and keeping fit but since Christmas and the finalisation of a MASSIVE year it has seemed harder than usual. How we react to this is what counts.
