We all have those times where we lose motivation and I’m the first to admit it happens to me too. I love Pilates and keeping fit but since Christmas and the finalisation of a MASSIVE year it has seemed harder than usual.
How we react to this is what counts. My self-talk this week has consisted of a lot of ‘Just Do It’ and I know how much more energy I will have as a result. So I’ve managed daily home Pilates practice & a lunch hour walk today with this inspiring outlook. And I feel great!!
So, don’t think you’re alone with this, all it takes is to reset that habit, so go on, you can do it- just do it!!
